Brian Santana De La Rosa

Brian Santana De La Rosa is a Vice President at Bain Capital Real Estate, focused on investments and asset management across property verticals such as multifamily, self-storage, student housing, and office. Prior to joining Bain Capital Real Estate, Brian was a Summer Investment Associate at Greystar Europe Real Estate Partners focused on multifamily acquisitions and development in the United Kingdom. From 2011-2017, Brian was Vice President in the Europe, Middle East, Africa division of J.P. Morgan’s investment bank, based in London. At J.P. Morgan, Brian worked for the head of the EMEA investment bank on strategy, business development, international expansion initiatives, and financial performance. He was a member of the local management and operating committees for J.P.Morgan’s businesses in Russia & CIS, Israel, Greece, Poland, Benelux and Sweden. Prior to his role at J.P. Morgan, Brian was a Princeton in Asia Fellow at the Kazakhstan Institute for Management, Economics, and Research. Brian began his career at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he was a founding member of the Emerging Managers private equity platform and a contributing member to Morgan Stanley AIP’s Real Estate Fund of Funds platform.

Brian received an A.B. cum laude in Politics from Princeton University, a Master of Real Estate from the University of Cambridge’s Department of Land Economics, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. At Harvard Business School, Brian served as Co-President of the Real Estate Club, CFO of the Latino Student Organization, and was selected as a 2018-2019 Pension Real Estate Association Scholar and a Toigo Fellow.
