Patricia Sutherland Connolly is a Broker-Associate with Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Massachusetts’ Middlesex County, believing “When your lifestyle changes, your home should too.” Concurrently, she acts as Chief Operating Officer for The Acton Handyman and is a founding Wellness Partner with Amare Global.

Ms. Connolly enjoyed 25 years in commercial real estate. She was Global Director of Sustainability with RREEF responsible for green building strategy. She joined RREEF in 2005 as their NY Regional Manager. In 2006, she became NE Regional Director overseeing asset management for over 18 million square feet of commercial assets. In 2007, she was promoted to Portfolio Manager overseeing two pension fund clients’ separate accounts with real estate valued over $1 billion.

Prior to RREEF, Ms. Connolly was Senior VP with Shorenstein Realty Services East overseeing property management. Before that, she culminated a 14-year career with Jones Lang LaSalle as Regional Operations Manager overseeing property teams responsible for 23 million square feet of Manhattan office buildings, and serving a roster of prestigious clients. Before attending Harvard, she began her professional career with Procter & Gamble and Polaroid Corporation.

Ms. Connolly is President of the Nashoba Valley Neighbors Club. She previously held leadership positions on Harvard REAI, ULI’s Responsible Property Investment Council, and held Board of Director seats for REBNY, BOMA-New York, Women Executives in New York Real Estate and The Outreach Project. She has been involved in fundraising for her Harvard Business School and Tufts University class reunions, The Outreach Project and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. For many years, she has been an active participant in the Tufts Admissions Alumnae Program.

Ms. Connolly graduated from Harvard Business School, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University. She is a licensed Broker in Massachusetts, New York, and Florida.
