Everett Dowling is president of Dowling Company, Inc., a Maui-based investment and real estate development company. He has been active in the Hawaiian real estate industry for more than 30 years. Dowling Company generally focuses on developing projects at the two extremes of the residential market - affordable housing projects and luxury vacation homes.
Mr. Dowling served on the Board of Trustees of Babson College and University of Hawaii’s Board of Regents. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s, the Maui Contractors Association, the Land Use Research Foundation of Hawaii and Lambda Alpha International, an honorary land use economics society.
He earned his B.A. in Economics from Randolph Macon College, a MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and completed the Harvard Graduate School of Design’s Advanced Management Development program (AMDP).
