The Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board will pilot a structured mentoring program between board membership and currently enrolled Harvard students. HAREB members will act as mentors and students as mentees, the program will act as a catalyst for conversation and chance for ‘face-to-face’ mentoring.

The duration of the program is six months, beginning in November 2021 and ending April 2021. The mentoring program involves frequent informal opportunities to speak with ones mentor, with a minimum of five one-hour interactions between mentee and mentor. The board will facilitate a an orientation as well as programming to signify the closure of the formal relationship.
