MEREDITH RICHARDSON
AB ’88
Mr. Richardson has over 40 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, coupled with a lifelong passion for building and construction. When he was 16, he designed and constructed his first building. He is currently the owner of Richardson Properties, a private firm specializing in residential development and management in Maine. Earlier in his career, he worked with Spieker Properties, an office and industrial REIT that owned and operated 38 million square feet of property across the Western United States.
Mr. Richardson graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with an AB in Visual and Environmental Studies. He went on to earn an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, specializing in Real Estate, where he was awarded the Marshall Bennett Scholarship, given to the top real estate student in the MBA program.
A dedicated volunteer for Harvard College, Mr. Richardson serves as Chair of the Schools & Scholarship Committee for Eastern Maine, is a Board Member of the Harvard Club in Maine, a Harvard Crimson Associate, an active volunteer for the Harvard College Fund and a member of the 1636 Loyalty Society.
