Anoothi is the Founder and CEO of Lumif.ai, an AI-powered platform helping construction and real estate organizations streamline insurance compliance, risk management, and regulatory oversight. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, insurance, and the built environment, enabling owners, developers, contractors, and investors to manage risk more effectively.
A Baker Scholar (top 5% of the graduating class) from Harvard Business School's MBA Class of 2021, Anoothi joined McKinsey & Company's New York office and worked extensively in their insurance practice. She later served as Chief Business Officer of an asset management firm, helping scale the business from $20 million to more than $800 million in assets under management in just 2.5 years.
Drawing on experience across strategy consulting, asset management, insurance, and entrepreneurship, Anoothi founded her company to address one of the industry's most persistent challenges: the highly manual and fragmented processes surrounding insurance compliance and risk management.
Across construction and real estate portfolios, these inefficiencies quietly consume thousands of hours annually for teams, while a single oversight can result in significant financial and liability exposure. She believes advances in artificial intelligence create a unique opportunity to make risk management dramatically faster, more accurate, and more cost-effective, enabling organizations to operate with greater confidence and resilience.
