Dalia is a Director in the Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction sector of EY, Dubai with experience in concept creation, masterplan development, investment management and strategic advisory services across the hospitality and real estate sector.

Dalia spent over 5 years at Meraas, a leading property developer in Dubai. At Meraas, Dalia led the concept creation and master plan development of 7 mixed-use destinations including Citywalk, Bluewaters and La Mer. Dalia also worked with the Joint Venture and Investments where she managed budgets and delivery of a $1 bn mixed-use asset. She also assessed and negotiated joint venture partnerships with regional & international real estate entities.

Prior to Meraas, Dalia spent 6 years at the EY Transaction Real Estate team advising developers and investors in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Dalia advised on 50+ engagements spanning mega-developments, hospitality, retail, commercial and residential concepts. She specialized in conducting feasibility studies, highest best use, valuations, market entry assessment, IPO assistance and real estate due diligence. Her key clients include Nakheel, Emaar, Dubai Holding and Meraas.

Dalia holds a master’s degree in real estate from Harvard University and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Kings College London.
