George A. Nader
AMDP '21, OPM '25
George Alexander Nader is the Founder and CEO of Nader Enterprises, a private investment, development, and asset management platform based in the Dominican Republic. Since founding the firm in 2008, he has built an integrated platform that assembles and controls land, secures entitlements, delivers core infrastructure, and coordinates finance, operations, engineering, legal, and commercial functions to transform strategic land positions into institutional-grade destinations.
His work is guided by the conviction that tourism is one of the Dominican Republic’s most durable engines of sustainable economic growth and that realizing its full potential requires an integrated platform and a long-term investment horizon. He currently leads Maralda, a master-planned destination encompassing more than eight million square meters at Playa Esmeralda in Miches; Portamare, a development of more than four million square meters in Uvero Alto; and NAIA Marina Residences and NAIA Golf Residences in Cap Cana. He also serves as Vice President of PROMICHES, a public-private association supporting the sustainable development of Miches.
George’s path to development began early. Raised in his family’s art and concert production business, he attended art fairs and auctions from the age of eight and helped coordinate tours for international artists during his school years. After graduating in 2006, he began his professional career in investment banking in New York and Bogotá, advising on mergers and acquisitions across Latin America, before returning to the Dominican Republic to build Nader Enterprises.
Through Fundación Pa’lante Dominicana, George supports education, entrepreneurship, and local economic integration in the communities where he develops. He graduated cum laude from Bentley University with a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting. He completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School and the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
