Holden Lunsford

Holden Lunsford serves as Chief Executive Officer of Union Industrial Co., a private investment company based in Dallas, Texas. Union is focused on investments in the third-party logistics sector and industrial real estate development.

He is the former Managing Partner at Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC), a vertically-integrated commercial real estate company based in Dallas, Texas, where he oversaw all third-party transaction services and corporate growth initiatives at the company. During his time at HLC, Mr. Lunsford was instrumental in the forming of the Dallas office leasing and tenant representation businesses.

Mr. Lunsford started his career as a commercial real estate investment banking professional at HFF, L.P. (NYSE: HF) in Dallas, where he contributed to the permanent, construction, mezzanine and joint venture equity financing of office, industrial, multi-housing, hotel and retail assets across the southern United States.  During this time, he executed more than $2.62 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity transactions.

Mr. Lunsford is a graduate of Texas A&M University (BBA ‘2011, Finance) and Harvard Business School (OPM ‘2023). Mr. Lunsford also currently serves as a partner of Holt Lunsford Holdings, a diversified family office, and is involved with several philanthropic boards, including The Real Estate Council (TREC), Urban Land Institute, MediAlliance International, and the East-West Ministries Partnership Board.
