Kevin Stone is a Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC, where he manages debt relationships and transactions across the firm's investments and investment vehicles. Through developing strategic lender relationships, managing interest rate risk, and enhancing the financing infrastructure across CrossHarbor's investment vehicles, he has contributed to over $3 billion in debt financing activity firmwide.

Before joining CrossHarbor, Kevin spent over a decade at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, starting in 2007 and rising to Vice President. During his tenure, he gained broad experience across syndications, healthcare real estate finance, market research, and asset recovery.

Kevin holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves as a Board Director for the Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA) and HomeStart, a Boston-based nonprofit focused on preventing homelessness, and sits on the Finance Council of Saint Mark Parish in Dorchester. He is a former trustee of the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), former board director of the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, and former president of Minds Matter of Cleveland. In 2024, Kevin was named to the Boston Business Journal's 40 Under 40. He is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Kevin lives in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood with his wife, Elaine, and their three young children.
