Moiz Bhamani

Mr. Moiz Bhamani is a Founder & CEO of Prime Real Estate Group, based out of Calgary, Alberta with US head-office in Houston, Texas. Prime focuses on development and management of Commercial Real Estate and has a diversified portfolio spread across North America comprising of Retail Strip Malls, Suburban Office Buildings, Business Park Developments & Hotels. Prior to Prime; Moiz had successful career in Investment Banking with Royal Bank of Canada.

Mr. Bhamani is an active contributor to several real estate publications including PwC and Urban Land Institutes annual reports. He has received numerous business and community awards over the years recognizing his business success and active involvement in local and international charitable work with United Way, Red Cross and Aga Khan Development. Some of these awards include, Rising Star by Alberta University (2013); Top Business Leaders in Calgary (2014); and Global Finance Magazine’s Leader Award (2018).

Moiz is a Graduate of Harvard Business School (HBS’2015), holds an MBA, and has completed an Executive Program in Private Equity from Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK. Moiz holds FCSI (Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute) Designation. 

Moiz is part of Harvard Club of Calgary & Houston, Member of IHG (InterContinental Hotels) Working Committee, YPO (Young President’s Organization) and a Member on Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board.
