Moiz Bhamani is a distinguished serial entrepreneur whose ventures span real estate, hospitality, and finance. As the Founder and Principal of Eletell Development Company, he leads a diversified portfolio of real estate brands, including Prime Real Estate, Parc450, and KA Residences.
Under his leadership, Prime Real Estate Group has emerged as one of Western Canada’s foremost commercial development and management firms, headquartered in Calgary with offices in Vancouver and Houston. The firm has developed and managed more than 5 million square feet of business parks, retail centers, hotels, and office assets.
Parc450, based in Kelowna, British Columbia, has established itself as a premier boutique condominium developer, delivering over 100 luxury residences that have set record-breaking prices per square foot, with another 100 units in development.
KA Residences, headquartered in Houston, Texas, represents the next evolution of wellness-branded living — merging architecture, design, and technology into an elevated lifestyle concept. With two boutique buildings under construction in Texas and several national projects in the pipeline, KA is redefining wellness-based luxury living and setting new benchmarks for branded residential pricing across the U.S.
Across these ventures, the combined value of developed assets exceeds $1 billion, with an additional $1 billion in the active development pipeline — positioning Eletell Development Company as an emerging leader in North America’s luxury and mixed-use real estate landscape.
Beyond real estate, Mr. Bhamani oversees a diversified family office portfolio, which includes Canadian property holdings, ownership of a leading insurance brokerage, majority interests in a restaurant group, and a substantial Texas-based portfolio comprising over 1 million square feet of Class A retail centers and IHG-flagged hotels. His real estate holdings also include prime land sites designated for future luxury condominium developments.
Mr. Bhamani is a graduate of Harvard Business School and has completed the Executive Program in Private Equity at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. He currently serves on the Harvard University Real Estate Alumni Board and as an officer of the Harvard Business School Club of Houston.
