Nick is Chairman of Morada Real Estate, a firm with 12 years of experience in residential build-and-sell in Peru, currently entering the US market. He is also an impact investor in education and digital connectivity, and co-founder of Pichoncito Fly Books, a publisher with a portfolio of over 40 books. Nick also served his country as Commercial Director of Lima´s public transport agency, and later as General Secretary of the Presidency of Peru, a cabinet-rank position. He's currently a Visiting Democracy Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School´s Ash Center for Democracy.
