Paul Hogge

MPA '18

Paul Hogge is a Vice President at Wright Partners, working across the firm's acquisitions, development, asset management, and property management. His work spans the full investment and development lifecycle - sourcing and underwriting new opportunities, entitlements, and project execution.

Paul also continues to consult for Hines on large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial development throughout Southern California, where he previously worked full-time as a member of the development team. Prior to that, he was at Related California, working on residential, mixed-use, and affordable housing projects statewide. He began his career in public-sector real estate and infrastructure with the Boston Mayor's Office, UNC's Development Finance Initiative, the City of San Francisco, and the State of Delaware.

Paul holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
