Paul Pinyang Chen focuses on U.S. real estate private credit investments at BGO, targeting value-add and core-plus risk profiles. He also contributes to strategic growth initiatives for the firm’s U.S. debt business. His background spans institutional real estate across international and U.S. markets, including investment banking, development, asset management, and capital markets.

Paul holds dual master degrees in Real Estate and Urban Design from Harvard University, where he received the Superior Achievement Award in Real Estate Studies, and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University.
