Robert Coulson

Robert Coulson is a global real estate executive, board director, and strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience leading cross-border investments, large-scale developments, and asset management strategies across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Currently based in Dubai, Robert shapes capital formation and pioneers innovative platforms across multiple regions. He specializes in integrating advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, and spatial computing, to help global investors and real estate organizations scale and maintain market competitiveness.

Throughout his career, Robert has advised governments, sovereign wealth funds, investment banks, REITs, and premier developers, having held C-suite and leadership roles across top-tier global consulting firms and development enterprises.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and Member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), Robert serves on the Board of the Harvard Club of the UAE and stays closely involved with alumni activities for the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
