Seyfihan Usarer is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Algoma, an AI-powered development platform transforming how real estate developers evaluate sites and make early-stage investment decisions, and reducing weeks of manual work to just days. Under his leadership, Algoma has centralized critical real estate data and automated feasibility studies, and has secured participation in leading accelerator programs including HAX, Urban-X, Norrsken, and the NYC Economic Development Corporation’s Mass Timber Studio.
Prior to founding Algoma, Seyfihan was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where he advised multinational clients on their digital transformation journeys and optimized large-scale real estate portfolios for major financial institutions.
Seyfihan holds a law and an economics degree and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and he currently serves on the Urban Land Institute New York Local Product Council for Real Estate Technology and Innovation. His work focuses on modernizing pre-construction workflows, unlocking faster, more transparent, and more efficient development processes for real estate projects.
