Thorald Muschen

Thorald Muschen has a degree In Business from Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile, with an MBA at Thunderbird, AZ; and is a graduate of the AMDP Real Estate program form Harvard University. Mr. Muschen has over 25 years in the  Real Estate industry and has participated in several large projects in Chile.

Mr. Muschen was the leading executive in the real estate development area for Cencosud Retail Holding from 1999 to 2005.  Since then, he has lead his own company Red Partners in real estate development, investment, and consulting.

Over the years the team has focused on the development of 18 malls in Chile and several other retail and office projects. Recently they have also taken on the redevelopment of the German school system of Santiago.

Currently, Mr. Muschen is focused on establishing a platform for Chilean investors to invest in real estate development in the US.
