Wanwan Fei

Wanwan Fei is a real estate investment professional specializing in portfolio management, capital markets, and performance analytics. She is currently a Senior Associate in Portfolio Management at Cabot Properties, an international private equity real estate firm focused on logistics properties. Founded in 1986, Cabot was among the first to provide institutional investors with access to the industrial property sector, which has since become one of the largest and most attractive asset classes globally. Today, Cabot is a leading investor, developer, and operator of distribution buildings across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Throughout its history, the firm has invested over $17 billion in logistics real estate, served more than 4,300 tenants, and operated over 1,750 buildings, totaling over 243 million square feet.
Wanwan earned her Master of Architecture with a concentration in real estate and finance from Harvard University, where she received the Highest Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and cross-registered at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Wellesley College.
As a member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, Wanwan looks forward to contributing her perspective on portfolio management while engaging with peers and mentoring Harvard students preparing for careers in the real estate industry.
