Xander Ryman

Xander is a commercial real estate professional with expertise in acquisitions, asset management, and structured finance. While his work has spanned multiple asset classes, he maintains a primary focus on residential investments. Currently, he is a member of the Residential Transactions & Asset Management Team at CBRE Investment Management.

Prior to CBRE IM, Xander worked on the principal side, focusing on the acquisition of multifamily housing in Northwest Arkansas. He began his career at Benefit Street Partners, where he originated, underwrote, and structured commercial real estate debt investments from initial screening through closing.

In addition to his primary roles, Xander serves on the Board of Directors of The R.D. Merrill Company, the Seattle-based parent company of Pillar Properties and Merrill Gardens, which develops, owns, and manages multifamily and senior housing communities.

Xander holds a Master in Real Estate from Harvard University and a BBA with honors from The George Washington University School of Business.
