Matthew joined Prescott Group in 2021 as Director of Analytics and Acquisitions. He is responsible for acquiring real estate investments throughout the United States and managing the real estate development process on various projects. Matthew previously worked at Clarion Partners in its acquisition group. While at Clarion Partners, he helped source, underwrite, and close industrial, multifamily, office, and retail transactions throughout Texas, the Midwest, and Mountain states.

Matthew received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College. As an undergraduate, he took cross-registered courses at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and interned for the National Capital Planning Commission in Washington DC. Following Harvard College, Matthew began his career at DuPont where he completed a multiyear rotational leadership development program. After DuPont, Matthew received an MBA from Harvard Business School and interned for Hines and GenCap Partners in their real estate development teams.
