Combining lectures with hands-on exercises, the course will begin with the fundamentals of using ARGUS Enterprise for real estate financial modeling, with an emphasis on those strategies most applicable to discounted cash flow analysis. As the course progresses, students will put these skills to use in a case study format, with financial modeling exercises based on hypothetical real estate development scenarios.
