The A.CRE Accelerator is an on-demand, self-paced, real estate financial modeling educational platform.

The Accelerator offers a curated curriculum of lectures with hands-on exercises. The course begins with the fundamentals of using Microsoft Excel for real estate financial modeling, emphasizing those formulas, shortcuts, and strategies most applicable to discounted cash flow analysis. As the course progresses, students will put these skills to use in a case study format, with financial modeling exercises based on hypothetical real estate development scenarios.
