As Vice President of Development, Mr. Locke is responsible for supporting development and redevelopment efforts at Pacific Elm Properties. Before joining Pacific Elm, Mr. Locke was Vice President of Development at Woodridge Capital Partners, in Los Angeles, California where he managed $1 billion of development in multiple product types across the U.S. Prior to Woodridge, Mr. Locke was a Development Manager at Adept Development in Pasadena, California where he provided acquisition and development support for urban mixed-use projects. Mr. Locke received his Master’s in Real Estate degree from Harvard University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Architecture degree at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
