Adrian is the Head of Singapore, Real Estate in the Singapore office, with responsibility for Schroders Capital’s managed funds. Prior to joining Schroders Capital real estate team in Asia Pacific (formerly known as the Pamfleet Group), he held various capital market positions in global real estate firms that includes Savills, JLL, ING Real Estate and DTZ. Adrian is also an independent Non-Executive Director with SGX mainboard-listed BBR Holdings (S) Limited. 

Adrian is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (HBS) under the Program for Leadership Development. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance from the National University of Singapore.

Since 2016, Adrian is a mentor and a member of the Steering Committee in the HBS Club of Singapore’s Mentorship Programme. He is also a mentor in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Singapore Mentorship Programme for under-35 real estate professionals.
