Annie Fulton is a Vice President in RCLCO's management consulting practice, specializing in compensation consulting. She is based in the firm's Washington, DC office. She is responsible for leading compensation strategy engagements, including benchmarking studies and long-term incentive plan design. Her work spans all asset classes and types of real estate firms, including investment managers, private equity firms, developers, operators, and family-owned companies.

Prior to joining RCLCO, Ms. Fulton founded SixtyOne Degrees Development (61d). Before that, she worked at Weller Development as the day-to-day lead for Weller's resort projects, including the Six Senses Napa project in Calistoga, CA. Prior to Weller, Ms. Fulton was a Director of Development at Greystar, where she was responsible for the sourcing, entitlement, design, capitalization, and development of multifamily projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Earlier in her career, she worked at Clark Construction Group in strategy and project development roles.

Ms. Fulton received her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. While at HBS, she served as Co-President of the Real Estate Club from 2016-2017 and co-chaired the Real Estate Weekend at Harvard in 2016. She is a member of ULI and serves on the Board of Directors for Montgomery Housing Partnership, a DC-area affordable housing nonprofit. Passionate about supporting women in real estate, she volunteers and mentors with The Goldie Initiative and Forte Foundation. Ms. Fulton graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas.
