Annie Fulton is a real estate developer and strategist who founded SixtyOne Degrees Development in 2025 to reimagine how spaces are conceived, built, and experienced. She has led the execution of a diverse set of asset types, including multifamily, student housing, hospitality, and public assets. Over the course of her career, Annie has directed over $1.2 billion in project costs, 15 million square feet of development, and over 1,000 apartment units.

Prior to founding 61d, Ms. Fulton worked at Weller Development as the day-to-day lead for Weller's high-end resort projects, including the Six Senses Napa project in Calistoga, CA. Before Weller, Ms. Fulton was a Director of Development at Greystar, where she was responsible for the sourcing, entitlement, design, capitalization, and development of multifamily projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to her time at Greystar, Ms. Fulton worked at Clark Construction Group in strategy and project development roles.

Ms. Fulton received her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. While at HBS, she served as Co-President of the Real Estate Club from 2016-2017 and co-chaired the Real Estate Weekend at Harvard in 2016. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, CREW, and the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board. Ms. Fulton graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Architectural Studies from the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas.
