Annie Fulton is Director of Development at Greystar, the global leader in rental housing and the largest multifamily developer and builder in the United States. At Greystar, Ms. Fulton is responsible for the sourcing, entitlement, design, capitalization, and development of real estate projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to joining Greystar, Ms. Fulton worked at Clark Construction Group. She held a variety of roles as a participant in the company's MBA Leadership Development Program, including strategic projects management, design management, business development, and project development. She held a leadership role in the Howard County Circuit Courthouse public-private partnership project in Ellicott City, Maryland, and the FBI Innovation Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Ms. Fulton also co-chaired Clark's first women's employee resource group from 2021-2022.

Ms. Fulton received her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. While at HBS, she served as Co-President of the Real Estate Club from 2016-2017 and co-chaired the Real Estate Weekend at Harvard in 2016. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, CREW DC, and the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board. Ms. Fulton is passionate about attracting and retaining women in the building industry and in business. She is a regular speaker and mentor for the Forte Foundation, an organization focused on supporting and recruiting women into careers in business. Ms. Fulton graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Architectural Studies from the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas.
