Cesare Zingone, CEO of Zeta Group, is an Entrepreneur and Economist, passionate about Real Estate Development and Investment. Cesare’s purpose is to generate projects that promote growth for the community, create new jobs, and improve people’s life.

Cesare began his career at the European Bank (EBRD) in London, as a financial analyst for real estate project-financing. Later, he joined a real estate company in Italy, dedicated to commercial property acquisitions and redevelopment. Next, he founded a supermarket chain in Costa Rica, which he grew to $300M turnover, and later sold it. After which, Cesare became Director and then CEO of Zeta Group, a real estate family business, where he currently specializes in industrial parks and free zones, shopping centers and residential communities. He is also a Board Director of the World Free Zones Organization.

Cesare graduated in Business and Economics from the University of Rome; he holds an MBA with honors from IMD Business School in Lausanne; and completed post-graduate studies in real estate at Harvard.

Cesare is a British and Italian citizen, born in London (UK), lived in Italy, Switzerland, and Costa Rica. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and French.
