Danny Kradjian

Danny Kradjian serves as the Principal & Founder of Hillock Land Company (“Hillock”), a Los Angeles-based development firm focused on distinctive, urban-infill mixed-use and multifamily properties in select submarkets throughout California. Since founding the firm as a sole principal in 2014, Danny has built Hillock into a premier boutique residential development firm, with a strong track record of successful execution across multiple development projects.

With profound passion for the industry and for the built environment, Danny has fostered deep relationships with project teams, financial partners, and the community to create and deliver impactful projects. Danny directs each of the company’s acquisitions and dispositions and oversees all aspects of the development process. With detailed knowledge of the markets and each stage of the development life cycle, Danny has established a strong reputation for finding imaginative solutions to challenging sites, structuring and closing complex capital arrangements, and successfully furthering the entitlement process, planning development,  and construction of the company’s projects.

Danny received his Master in Real Estate, with Distinction, from Harvard University. He received his B.A. magna cum laude in International Relations and Global Business from the University of Southern California. Danny is a member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and serves on the USC Dornsife College Alumni Advisory Council, where he helped establish Dornsife’s Alumni Mentorship Program. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Old Pasadena Management District and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
