Jan Joseph Voitehovich

Jan Voitehovich is a creative and passionate design and real estate professional. Jan currently serves as a Senior Associate for the Investment Team at Grounded Capital, based in San Francisco, California. In his position, Jan plays an important role in the execution of the company's real estate investment strategy, especially across design and construction, contributing to the development, management, and placemaking of Grounded's real estate holdings. 

Previously, Jan worked as a developer with Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, originating new institutional and multifamily projects across the US, and as an architect with VCBO Architecture, designing higher-ed and medical facilities in Utah.

Jan graduated with distinction from Harvard University Graduate School of Design with a degree in real estate, and from Cooper Union with a degree in architecture. He is a Registered Architect in Utah, an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Treasurer and a member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board (HAREB). Committed to community service, Jan has taught and supported art classes for kids at non-profits like the Visual Art Institute (VAI) in Utah.

In his work, Jan aspires to create value for his team, clients, and community in a strategic, responsible, and sustainable way. Outside of work, Jan loves making art, practicing yoga, and enjoying mountain sports.
