John Hettinger is the Vice President of Kirchhoff, an integrated real estate development, investment and management firm which specializes in medical, multifamily, self-storage and student housing assets. John oversees new development, investment and financing activities for Kirchhoff, and sits on the Firm’s investment and management committees. John began his career in the Corporate Advisory Group of Perella Weinberg Partners, where he focused on advising clients on Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring transactions spanning an array of industries. Mr. Hettinger graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and he is a member of the Policy Advisory Board at the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.
