JULIE PERLMAN

Julie Zelermyer Perlman is the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Trader Joe’s, supporting the real estate, construction, and facilities team. Additionally, Julie is a Teaching Associate at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design for a graduate course about public-private development. 

With a career built on managing over $750 Million and 2 Million square feet in real estate development and consulting public and institutional landholders, Julie’s experience spans commercial real estate, architecture, and planning in the Greater Boston area. 

Julie graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and earned a Master of Design Studies in Real Estate from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. She is a member the executive committee of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and an interviewer Vassar College Alumni Admissions Program. Julie is also a member of CREW Boston and Urban Land Institute.
