Matt Ranalli has over seventeen years of experience in real estate, private equity, and corporate finance and is the Cofounder and Chief Investment Officer of Jones Street. Matt oversees Jones Street’s investment strategies, deal sourcing, and acquisition execution. Prior to Jones Street, Matt was a Principal at Sienna Capital Partners, a real estate-focused investment bank, and an Acquisitions Officer at The Milestone Group, a publicly traded multifamily REIT. Matt also worked in M&A at VF Corporation and started his career in the private equity and venture capital practice at General Electric (GE) Capital.

Matt received a B.S. in Finance and International Business with Distinction from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree from Harvard University
