Neil Purdy is a Senior Associate focusing on acquisitions and asset management for Lakevision Capital, a family office based in Santa Clara, CA. Founded in 2018, Lakevision Capital acquires and develops institutional quality multifamily apartment communities across the United States. The firm seeks to invest in markets with strong job growth and accessible public transit such as Boston, Northern Virginia, the Bay Area, and Seattle. As long-term owners, Lakevision is committed to providing the best apartment lifestyle to our residents while creating a positive impact in the communities we are a part of. 

Neil was previously a Senior Associate at Jamestown dedicated to portfolio management of Google's global non-operational and third-party portfolio. Prior to Jamestown, he was a Senior Investment Analyst at PGIM Real Estate targeting acquisitions in the Southwest United States. Neil began his career at CBRE where he held a variety of roles spanning corporate advisory and capital markets.

Neil received a BA in Government from Harvard College with citations in Mandarin Chinese and Modern Standard Arabic.
