Philip Wall is the founder of Colorado Pacific Holdings LLC, (CPH) a commercial real estate development, investment and advisory firm. CPH specializes in multi-family and hotel projects in the California metro markets. Mr. Wall has held senior executive positions within the commercial real estate development and private equity capital fields. His commercial real estate development background includes his work with Forest City Residential West Inc. and Forest City Capital Corporation on Institutional quality multi-family housing developments and mixed-use projects throughout the Western United States. He has specialized in public / private partnerships and Re-development projects.
Philip led the entitlements, development process and financing of two city blocks of townhouse rental units in the Cortez Hill district of San Diego. Philip has also structured the financing of numerous tax - exempt bond affordable rental housing projects in California, Washington, Nevada and Colorado.
