Richard Fraser is Director Asset Management of Allianz Real Estate, United States. He joined the company in 2021 and is based in New York. Richard is responsible for overseeing Allianz Real Estate’s investments in a number of trophy office, development, retail, and fund investments. Prior to joining the company, he was Director at Deutsche Bank’s International Private Bank. During his six year tenure, Richard held a number of roles including heading Global Real Estate Research, Global Private Markets, and the Americas Funds Platform. Richard also spent 15 years at GE Capital in their Real Estate and Private Equity businesses in the US and Europe where he had roles in acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management. Additionally he served as GE’s representative on the boards of several public and private companies. Richard holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
