Tom Montelli is a principal at Post Road Residential (PRR). PRR is a private, family owned, full service multifamily development company specializing in unique, institutional Class-A, urban infill projects throughout the I-95 corridor between New York City and Boston.  PRR is currently developing communities in Everett Massachusetts, Revere Massachusetts, Lynn Massachusetts, Marlborough Massachusetts, and New Haven Connecticut.

Prior to Joining PRR, Tom worked at Barclays Investment Bank in New York City on the US Interest Rate trading desk within the banks’ Capital Markets Division.

Tom received his master’s degree in Real Estate from Harvard University. He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2011 and was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team. Tom was named to the 2011 All-America and Scholar All-America teams.
