Real Estate Financial Modeling Course

The Adventures in Commercial Real Estate (A.CRE) Accelerator is an on-demand, self-paced, real estate financial modeling educational platform.

The Accelerator offers a curated curriculum of lectures with hands-on exercises. The course begins with the fundamentals of using Microsoft Excel for real estate financial modeling, emphasizing those formulas, shortcuts, and strategies most applicable to discounted cash flow analysis. As the course progresses, students will apply these skills in a case study format, with financial modeling exercises based on hypothetical real estate development scenarios.

Registation begins on Friday, Spetember 18 and runs through Friday, October 12.

ARGUS Enterprise Training

The two-day on-campus private valuation and cash flow forecasting software training is designed for new-to-intermediate users. The course concentrates on practical applications of the software through interactive examples and case studies. The models covered include Valuation - Cash Flow, Portfolio-Level Reporting, and Sensitivity, providing end users with the skill set to value and manage the performance of real estate assets. Working knowledge of ARGUS obtained through the training gives students a competitive edge in the real estate job market.

Registration for the training is $85 (the standard training rate of $1,350) and includes an ARGUS manual, a 30-day ARGUS license, and a discount on ARGUS certification.
